- We don’t sell or share your personal information. Full stop. We receive no money, services, or consideration for disclosing anything.
- What we hold about you: basically your IP address in server logs for up to 30 days, and any email you’ve voluntarily sent us.
- Your rights still apply: request a report (Right to Know), deletion, or correction — email privacy@lovekeila.com with subject line “CCPA Request”.
- Response in 45 days (extendable by another 45 for complex requests; we’ll tell you if we need the extension).
- No discrimination for exercising your rights. Using the Site looks the same whether you file a request or not.

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy with information specifically for residents of California covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your rights under CCPA/CPRA
- Right to know — request a report of personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold (subject to exceptions).
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we don’t sell or share, but you can affirmatively confirm this in writing if useful.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we don’t collect sensitive PI.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@lovekeila.com with the subject line “CCPA Request”. Specify which right you’re invoking. We respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days for complex requests; we’ll notify you if an extension is needed).
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require reasonable verification of the agent’s authority.
